Wow. I like this guy. He tells it as it is and he's so personable

What do ogg&Brits think of him and his Union?
An articulate young man who's advocating well for the people he represents? Just one of those strikes happening regularly in democratic countries?
Or the beginning of something different?

Other -underreported- strikes are happening in Europe, like that of the Dutch Farmers etc. Will they all be considered or considered to be part of the same phenomenon, or just separate grievances?

So I lived briefly --3 months or so-- in this breathtaking small town.

"Why isn't your Council developing the town? I asked locals.
"Imagine if they built just a few restaurants or hotels by the Ocean, the booming tourism and trickle down effect on the local Economy".

"Touch wood" they replied. "We don't need investors coming in, they'll buy our houses and lands maybe shops, and rent them back to us at exorbitant rates."

And this wasn't Fiji or Honolulu, it was a 1st world country.
The state of modern-day capitalism.

Fiji is shocking....

When you drive from the airport, you see these Stone-aged huts made of clay and palm leaves, where Fijians of African ancestry live.
Then you have White Goras enjoying discounts at, or profiting from, resorts.

But for me, the most shocking are the Indians and Chinese.
They're not exactly Goras or ultrasophisticated, they're immigrants, yet they treat local Black Fijians like 3rd class.
