See, what I do, is fill a small, shallow bowl, and use my tongue, like a frog's, to kinda lick it into my mouth. So much easier, no mess with hands, etc.

I would try but I find sticking my face in the bowl works better.

Ahh yes but if you do that you have to watch what you are doing, which takes away precious reading/typing time.
