Eating is too much work

That's why my diet mainly consists of Ramen(R) noodles and yogurt... Ramen only takes three minutes to prepare, and you can actually eat either one without chewing.

how about an IV bratcat? spend a few days with one of those and you'll have a new appreciation for food.

Meal-replacements.

We've got lots of those on hand. Bars, shakes, you name it. A piece of fruit is always handy to have around. Take a banana and use Nutella as a dip. Fast, no prep, and it tastes good. After I bring home veggies from the grocery store I cut them up for eating and I have plenty of dip on hand. Just grab it from the fridge and gnaw. Having shaved ham and sliced cheese and crackers just made it a meal. About 30 seconds to load the plate, and you're eating. And you're healthy.

Snacking is actually healthier than eating a whole meal at one sitting. It just depends on what you are snacking on. Muff has a good grasp on healthy snaking. Nuts are a great source of folic acids and other essential amino acids. Think about the health of your nucleaic membranes and such. ;)

I love to make up fruit salad and have that in the fridge. A little lemon juice keeps it from browning.
