My thoughts and prayers go out to you .. I know how addicting that game can be. I tried for six seasons to make the Dallas Stars Stanley Cup champs but the closest I got was a six game loss in the finals to Ottawa in 2005.

I know. The sad thing about it is that I'm drawn away from the actual Leafs.

I didn't care a bit about Fleury signing with the Hawks because I picked him up on the cheap in the game.

It's sad but so much fun it should be outlawed.

I think I actually spent more hours making add ons for that game than I did playing it.. I changed the pictures of players that showed up during simed games to that team's hockey jersey (road or home) .. made more realistic newspaper headers (Toronto got the Toronto Sun, Dallas got The Dallas Morning News, the main hockey header was changed to The Hockey News) ... altered some of the team facts and arena numbers to make them more realistic (changed the pic to Dallas' arena, lowered Calgary's attendance numbers)

Then my fuckin computer crashed and wiped it all out.. Maybe someday I'll redo all that work... For now I'll wait for NHL 2003 to come out.
