I hear there's good chat to be found here. I started in the personals page and am timidly dipping my toe in the water here on the general forum. Soooo hi everyone! Please be nice. I like people.

Hi Ella,

Welcome to the board.

Here are some things you will need to know.

You WILL be accused of being the alt of someone whose been on this board since before the Dead Sea got sick. No, I don't know why this paranoia exists, it just does. Take it with a grain of salt, and have a good laugh.

You will also need a thick skin. There is a bit of a hazing process for noobs that goes on here; it just is, roll with it and have fun with it.

Probably a good idea to steer clear of the political threads until you get your sea legs. They are not only brutal, but also illogical, and true discourse is only a dream to aspire to for most of them.

You will be asked, pleaded with, coddle, cajoled, into posting pics of your tits. It isn't necessary but the men, and some of the women will give you a free pass on most anything if you do.

Did I mention a sense of humor is important here? it is. Especially when some of these doofuses start their "oooooo i bet she's a he and and alt of poster X, Y or Z".

Also, you will need 100 posts to have an AV, if that sort of thing is important to you.

Good Luck, there are some good people here, there are also a few shitasses. You'll be able to sort them out soon enough. Have fun
