If you value your sanity, don't click this earworm. This one will put a smile on your face... at least for the first 12-14 hours that it runs through your head.

On the holiday side, don't click *this* semi-earworm. Or this one.

<Wicked evil grins, because I know there are those who will click the links, despite the warnings>

ETA: And this one is short (only 42 seconds!), but amusing and seasonal.

I am the music teacher for three classes at my school, so for a few weeks there I had a very imperfect version of "Jolly old St. Nicholas" on the recorder running on a loop...
But now that we've performed it it seems to have stopped.

I've never been to Disneyland, Disneyworld...Disney anything, for that matter. Maybe it's just me, but in that boat trip through the small world the music seemed a little busy, but it didn't bother me. Maybe I had to experience it first hand? One song that I don't really care for is the Barney theme song. I used to like the color purple, before then.

And the Teletubbies...why?

Ouch!
You are so brave.
I went to a primary school concert where "Jingle Bells" was performed more like a dirge.
You have no idea - we actually did three songs. The recorder club did "Jingle Bells," and the fives did "Jolly old St. Nicholas." The fours were unable to master anything Christmassy, even "Ode to Joy" slowed down, so they did "Au Claire de la Lune." This was spread out over two days.

Now it's over, and I don't plan on performing again until graduation.

I bought 144 Advil Liqui-Gels the week the recorders came in, and my class knows to STFU on rotary afternoon until I show signs it's working.

But it's important that kids learn music. I passionately believe that.
