Yeah, thats my generation.

What's the name of that cute brunette that was one of the VJs during that time...damn but Roxie and I can't remember her name!

LOL!

Mark Goodman, Alan Hunter, Martha Quinn, J.J. Jackson & Nina Blackwood

Those were the days!

I remember watching it the first night/morning it aired.

*humming - Video killed the radio star*

Oh god, what memories.

I remember when it came on. I begged my parents to upgrade their cable. That was back in the days when most people just got basic.

I feel like a baby now. The only VJ I ever had a crush on was Kennedy.

MTV

and Michael Jackson ruled.

MG and I were trying to think of the first video. Was it Video Killed The Radio Star? By what group???

To quote Mojo Nixon, I knew a lot of guys who wanted to be stuffin' Martha's muffin.

Remember how it was a *huge* deal whether or not Martha was one of the girls in the J. Geils Band's video for "Centerfold"? Hrmm...and for that matter, wasn't Alan Hunter in Bowie's "Fame" video?
