Note to self.
When leaving egg dye in little cups (without vinegar) while the tablets dissolve, keep an eye on the tiger-striped kitten who sticks her little brown nose into everything.
I happened to look up just now and saw her on the table. She'd dumped part of one bowl and was drinking out of another.
Now there are PURPLE pawprints on the kitchen table and her little brown nose is GREEN. I tried to catch her, she ran. Luckily she ran downstairs to the tiled floor and laundry room so the pawprints will mop up.
So I guess we'll have brightly decorated kitty poop in the litterboxes for the next few days.![]()
This is a pic of her from a couple of months ago.
It's a dang good thing that stuff is non-toxic. Jeez.

I went back and double-checked and, SURPRISE, my mistake.sweetsubsarahh said:She's hiding. Probably embarrassed - you know those kitties. But I bet her tongue is purple from licking off her feet.
And boy, does THAT sound strange. If I can nab her for a photo I will.
MY contest entry, Rumple? I never turned anything off - that's very odd.
(Off to check.)

He needs a special name, too.
Little fighter is going to be one tough Tom cat.

Momma kitty is not real happy about being locked in the back room but she seems to be dealing with it. Our other cats are apt to be found looking in at her through the screen while she looks out at them. I figure another week before I start letting her out into the house, but I'll keep the screen closed most of the time to protect the kittens. I don't know the other two cats will injure them, but I wont take the chance.

I have/have had
Ophelia (Diddles, among other names)
Petruchio (Pooty)
Othello (Ooty)
Titianna (Tittykitty)
Benadict (Ben -- not so much, but he's silly looking enough on his own)
Beatrice (Beezelbub -- she's cute, but she's evil)
The next male I get will either get Prospero (so I can call him Pissy) or Hamlet. The next female will be Katarina or Bianca, although there are other nifty choices like Ariel or Puck.
Good luck!

Marlow used to love corn on the cob and would dig it out of the trash, ignoring the chicken in the same can. He'd roll it around with his paws and eat it row by row.
Slink sneaks up on his own tail and pounces. He bites the end and he must give it a pretty good chomp because he cries and looks around for the assailant.
The others are pretty nomal compared to these two.
