Like so many of other authors, I've written some of my poems to music, in particular my "Slavonic Dance":

to one of Dvorak's "Slavonic Dances". Do U care to guess to which of the Dvorak's dances? (they are enumerated). A Houston Filharmony musician guessed immediately, without any hesitation, while a music connoiseur guessed too but did hesitate and was not 100% sure, claiming that it is not so simple. I guess 5:4 for the musician :)

I'd think that each of us likes and values each own posted poem (otherwise why should we bother? Perhaps I am simplifying a bit but not too much), and it is not possible for me to compare one my poems against another, they tend to be loaded. But if I had to select one (of the posted so far) then I would perhaps choose "monk" as the most mature artistically, conceptually and in the non-poetic (secondary?) term of social/philosophical awarness. Here's the link:

(But then, I plan to post more :)

PS. I am looking around Literotica, I am still a dizzy newbe, even navigation around our site is not a smooth sailing for me yet. (Once I am done with posting what I already have written, before joining Literotica, I hope to have more fun here :)
