Apparently the Trump transition team is having issues:

Maybe it's deliberate. Maybe he'll just do away with the American government altogether. Pretend it doesn't exist. Maybe he'll just annex the entire country to his business dealings, and we can all be owned by Trump.

Anyway, the OP follows an earlier story about Team Tromp not knowing that they must replace the entire White House staff -- they'd expected Obama's staff to keep on working for them. Ha. Some of the old swampy insiders have some idea how gov't works but none have experience in the federal executive.
