I have a story plot along these lines..

Aside from the word "sissy" being a childishly derogatory put-down, it's really vague. You don't specify what acting like a sissy involves, and most people would say that the very act of a man wearing a dress or lingerie is feminizing. Do you mean you want men in silk lingerie but using power-tools and pumping iron? Also, what do you mean by "forced feminization"?
