Obviously, when we type while drinking we find lots of typos. Some of us. Maybe the next day.

What other things do you notice happening when you're going through the beers or rum and cokes?

I find that removing my contact lenses is an adventure.

One of these days I'll take care of that before I get sloshed.

I'm already very clutzy, so drinking for me is an adventure. Last night, for instance, I bent over and slammed my head into the corner of a table. I blame the vodka.
Of course, that's not the only thing that happened last night that I'm blaming the vodka for.

I just find that I stumble over chairs a lot. I find myself talking very openly about my sex life. Most of all, I find myself apologizing for acting drunk way too much.

I don't know. I don't drink much anymore. I usd to drink a lot--way too much--and then a few years ago I noticed that when I drank I was getting stupid but without the usual accompanying feelings of elation. I was just getting stupid and sleepy, and the stupidity made me resentful and angry, and I didn't like the feeling at all so I stopped. I wasn't a fun drunk.

There are drugs I like much better than alcohol now, when I can get them.

All I needed was to be in a room with some stupid, loud, falling down drunks while I was sober to realize just how cute my drunk behavior was not, and I don't get that way anymore. I usually just fall asleep.
