Dragonball Z Thread Casting Call/OOC

Just putting this out there to see if I can get enough interest to make an IC thread. I know it probably won't get too far, but well I like to try ^_^

So anyone interested in doing a thread based around the Dragonball universe?

But yeah dragon, reason I like the idea of a regular ORP is because Android 18 here doesn't have to worry about Gohans raging hormones =P

Pan can be pretty strong if you'd like.

I just don't want anyone to be as powerful as say Broly and bash everyone around lol, but I also don't want to exclude any characters.

Appearance: Shoulder length blonde hair, fair skin and light blue eyes. Physically fit
Personality: Extremely self dependant, Android 18 is concerned with getting things done without a fuss. Loves to have some fun and definitely loves to go shopping.
Bio: 18 and her twin brother 17 were originally humans who underwent cybernetic modifications by the scientist Dr. Gero. Their main function was to eradicate the Saiyan called Goku, etc. etc.

well i'd say that super saiyan 3 or 4 goku or veegeta or any of the kids could whoop Brolly.

Appearance: For the most part Marcan looks human, save for the black stripes that line his body. A long tail jets out from his backside. He stands at about 6'3" and weighs roughly 300 or so pounds. Silver hair adorns his head and a pair of grey eyes dart around as if looking for something hidden, but he can usually be seen with a smile on his face.

Personality:Jovial, able to laugh at just about anything

Bio: Marcan wasn't born on Earth. Humans for the most part assumed that he and his family were natives, but the truth is that he and those like him come from a world of very intense gravity, which was why they are far stronger and agile than most.

The Tigerans are a peaceful, shamanistic race, so to the rest of his family it was a surprise when he decided to take up martial arts. His father attributed it to his surroundings and the people of Earth, and in fact Marcan had become enamoured with the Worlds Martial Art tournament and the fighters that participated. Because of his abilities Marcan excells at combat, easily besting many of the toughest fighter that he comes across.

True, but I was using the context in which the Z fighters encountered Broly, and during those times it was practically like they were nothing against him.

actually, a level 3 Gotenks was SQUASHED by Brolly, at least, according to clips i've seen on fansites

thanks i kinda just thought of it as i filled out the form but i do like it!


actually if you ever seen the movie about brolly, if i remember right they haven't even achieved super saiyan 1 yet skill wise, i do need to watch the movie again it was pretty cool where as brolly was just off the charts.

Bio: Android 18 was once a normal human, twin sister to artificial human #17. Nothing is known of their past, and their agendas for the future are always changing.

Power: 18 is fitted with a device that gives her a continuous and virtually infinite energy supply. This prevents her from becoming exhausted while fighting, and augments her power enough to make her a formidable opponent even for any of the surviving Saiyans, strong enough to more than match up to a normal Super Saiyan, since the initial Super Saiyan state is imperfect and drains energy quickly, making it only a matter of time before the even match becomes a no chance affair.

dragon and I argued about the supposed encounter between Broly/Gotenks. I won out, btw =)

Movie 1: Super Saiyans Gohan, Goku, Trunks and Vegeta were decimated by Broly

Movie 2*: Videl, Super Saiyan chibi-Trunks, Super Saiyan Goten, and Super Saiyan 2 Gohan were almost beaten by Broly till a dead Goku showed up and helped out

Movie 3*: Bio Broly went against Super Saiyan's Goten and Trunks alongside of Android 18 and Krillen

*Goku is dead and so the fight against Majin Buu hasn't yet occured, thus the boys never learned fusion, and as far as everyone knew Gohan was still the strongest Z-Fighter alive.
