The elimination of the FSO exam is problematic.
The FSO is an extremely hard exam to pass I've heard, so doing away with it would make a career in Foreign Service much more attainable for mediocre white Christian men.

Three major changes to centuries of diplomacy:
- Cut the Canadian embassy staff by an arbitrary 50%
- Eliminate ALL embassies and consulates in "sub-Saharan Africa" (i.e. African nations without oil reserves). Africans can apply for visas by mail or email to the newly created "African American Affairs" in Washington DC.
- Elimination of the Foreign Service Officer Exam (this is huge)

- To get into medical school, you have to take the difficult MCAT admissions test
- To get into law school, you have to take the difficult LSAT admissions test
- To get into foreign service, you have to take the difficult FSO admissions test
