Dr Jekyll and Little Miss Sissy Hyde?

Been working on a few erotic gothic horror story ideas lately and I thought what if;

Dr Jekyll was the hulking mad deranged sadomasochistic Dr who runs around seducing and hypnotizing women and trans-females to fuck and impregnate with his enlarged cock and voracious sex drive.

And his alter-ego, who he would transform into, after he took a super-feminizing potion that he accidentally created and experimented upon himself with was;

Little Miss Sissy Hyde, a diminutive, weaker and physically much smaller submissive trans-gender female sissy who would be a bottom only.

I am thinking that a sexual play on this trope could be fun to explore, especially with the transformation from Dr Jekyll to Miss Hyde, and then back from Miss Hyde to Dr Jekyll.... In terms of the character being the ultimate switch with being sub and dom, sissy and top.

Like Louis Stephenson's original story, it could otherwise run along a similar plot withe two identities getting into all sorts of situations.

Let me know if anyone has any views on what could make this story work and how it could be built on in terms of plot etc.

In the original Stevenson story, Doctor Jekyll was a dissipated, debauched doctor who had managed to keep a good reputation. Hyde was mostly just a disguise Jekyll could use to get away with releasing his inner villain.
