With A Mac

Just put your cursor on the VLC clip title. You should see it on the bar at the bottom and it should read xxxx.flv Then hit alt / option key and clik the mouse on that link. It should start d/l-ing to your desk top right away and a box should open on the side of your screen showing the progress with a bar graph as it downloads.
