lol, that's our monsoon. It can be pretty violent here at times and very dangerous if you don't understand the weather and the signs. I live just a little over a mile south of that road. The part where I am is a little higher in elevation, but it depends on the extremity of the storm and where it hits. They even have a "Stupid Motorist" law they passed for the morons that try forging roads that are washed out. They get to pay when the helicopter or fire department get called in to rescue them
