After an extensive cleaning and rearranging, my daughter's room is now completely Dorafied. Friggin' A, that was a lot of fucking work.

I scraped the floor tiles with a razor then scrubbed them and the walls, tacked up a wall paper border. then I rearanged everything and pulled staples out of the wall from her old torn up border. I hung new curtains and new pictures and some puzzles I glued up on her walls and then organized all her friggin' toys. FInally I put on her new bedding and now I Am waiting for her almost four year old self to walk through the door so I can see her face.

To all of you who have done something like this, is it worth it?

Depends on how long it lasts. We almost did that for our girls (in Dora, no less) last year and now both of them are in the 'princess' phase. Oy!

Well, I got this stuff second hand from a good friend of mine, but she loves it. She's not big into Dora, but I think she likes the change. IT used to be safari in reds and golds. She was tired of the blandness. This room seem to really pop. I like it a lot.
