I hate when I get the scoop on a new book or a book mentioned here that I find I may want to read and the minute I step into the bookstore, I'm instantly struck with amnesia.
Same happens in music stores.

I hate celebrity gossip, but find I have to look and see who is wearing what to which award show.

I hate paying full price for anything...I want something off even 10%.
