After wasting a few hundred million taxpayer dollars on an innocuous airstrike which took out a military airstrip for all of two days, and a year later telegraphing when and where the next strike would occur so as not to hit any of his Russian handler troops, the con artist is once again "warning" the Syrian dictator that if reports of chemical weapons again being used are true, the finger shaking will get even more fierce.

"Unfortunately we continue to see signs that the Assad regime may be renewing its use of chemical weapons including an alleged chlorine attack in northwest Syria on the morning of May 19," State Department spokesperson Morgan Ortagus said in a statement.

"We are still gathering information on this incident but we repeat our warning that if the Assad regime uses chemical weapons, the United States and our allies will respond quickly and appropriately," she added.

Mind you, this is the same con artist who whined about getting involved in Syria because nothing good would come of it even though the Obama administration had been sending supplies to the freedom fighters who at one point had a near chokehold on Damascus. Then, instead of continuing to supply weapons who were doing the fighting, the con artist yanked all such military aid because he didn't want his Russian handler's troops to be harmed.

Instead, he sent U.S. troops in harm's way, increased the cost to U.S. taxpayers, and has now twice wagged his finger and told Assad, "Don't you do it, or else", with the expected results.

Round three, and Assad/Putin is leading con artist/Bolton, 2-0.
