Our slang can differ from yours:

A friend of mine works in retail and one day thing were not going well with an American Sailor who she was serving.

he said "Service is so bad here you deserve a kick in the Fanny"

She Asked " Do you know what a Fanny is"

Sure he responded "ITs you arse"

She "Well Sailor in Australia you fanny is a couple of degrees further south"

So when you hear an aussie talking about a fanny it might no be what you think.

Lmao - thats so right.
My friend originates from Canada, I'll never forget the time she told a whole house full of people that every time her husband walked past he grabbed her fanny!
