After looking at the photo of a bikini-clad off-duty Swedish police officer making an arrest, I'm wondering if the perpetrator intentionally lifted a cell phone for the pleasure of being pursued and tackled to the ground by a very in-shape officer of the law!

I saw that story as well. My money's on intentional. It'd be a stupid move to not do something to have her cuffing me...erm, the perpetrator. Cuffing the perpetrator. Yeah. That.
