It's not an easy site to navigate.
In the upper right of the window you should see "Private Messages". Click on that and send a message to "Laurel" (without the quotes). Tell her anything you can about what you posted (title, especially) and when.

So you're submitting, it goes to pending, then after a day or two back to not submitted? Are you copy and pasting into the text box or trying to upload the file? If the latter, I'd suspect an incompatibility.

Just to be redundant, are you hitting the submit button at the end of the story after you preview it? And filling out ALL the fields in the form, including checking the box that agrees to the terms of the site?
