I didn't. After the first debate, I gave Romney a 25% chance of winning, and that's as high as he ever got.

I figured his odds were higher than that for a while but the whole party seems bent on self destruction so he was never really a good bet. It's too bad cuz I lean to the right on some things and practically jump and down on the right on other things so I could sometimes find some candidates that I liked that weren't Democrats. I despise voting a straight ticket so it sucks when I can't find anyone decent on one side.
