Death is an expected part of life.
Death is brought by Reapers, the collectors of souls... To those who are kind in life, they grant happiness in their death- but to those evil, they give damnation.
Reapers, however, do not don a hood and sythe... They appear the same as any other person if they choose to allow themselves to be seen. The difference, however, lies within their eyes... The gateway to the soul.
Reapers have no souls. Some say they have no emotions... Others say they have feelings far greater than a mere human could ever have.
Myth holds to ways of cheating death, of beating the Reaper.... And people continue to try and find them. Damned souls have found ways of returning, destroying souls to take over the person's form. These returned demons have the ability to harm Reapers...
