My freaking cats. No, this is NOT a beastiallity thread. It just occured to me that I am ruled by 3 small furry creatures who get what they want, when they want it, how they want it. And they always want something, damn it!

So much for my belief that I am not good sub material~ if you ask my cats, they will tell you different

Psychic signals????? Mine just have the evil cat eyes... yellow if it is the black one, blue for the white one, and tiger's eye for the tiger stripped one.

*shivering at the thought of evil cat eyes*

Speaking of which, I better go feed them.

Not evil ... wicked.

Warm brown caramel ... right before they flash bright red.

Edited: Because Lit's up to the same old "can't post a damn image link" chit again.

My cats think I'm great sub material. And to them, I am.

We are *meant* to be ruled by our cats. Bow down!

You sound like a closet dog person. Heh.

I have one of those... she isn't a closet Domme, just a flipin spaz. *sigh* Did you ever meet a bored German Shepard puppy? Now I know why they tried to get me to take two... so they could pounce on each other instead of me.

OMG... you really are a perv! It would be a "omg those puppy teeth are sharp when they gnaw your arm after you get knocked on the floor" kind of squeak.

I know that squeak. I believe I've uttered that squeak, except it was caused by a very big Rotty puppy. I learned more about being dominant than I think I ever cared to owning that dog.

But he was worth it. *sigh* I miss him.

Yeah, I am thinking that I am going to have to go to Dom school or something to get her under control. She isn't really bad... just very attention hungry, and hyper as hell.

Get to puppy basic training. Quickly. If you have a German Shepard, she's going to need to learn what's ok to do as soon as possible. That will make living with you so much easier. We had to socialize the pup as much as possible around people, other dogs, cats, mailmen...anyone she might come into contact with if she ever got loose.

She's huge now, all muscle, and the people I had to giver her to just say she's still the most well-behaved dog they've ever taken in.

Are you raising her alone, or do you have a man who lives in the house?

Just me... she was supposed to be my sister's dog, but she moved out and couldn't take her, so I have an 8 month old dog that went to 3 obdience classes... and I am moving to an apt in the historical/ run down area of town, so she is about to become an indoor animal. I have raised great danes before, but they are MUCH more sedate. completely different thing.

I bet they are.

I was just wondering because my Rotty was very protective of me. Even to the point where he'd lay (casually) between me and anyone else in the room. And if I knew there were going to be raised voices (i.e. - a fight with my guy) I had to put him downstairs or in his crate after he almost growled at my guy once.

You may find this protectiveness happens too with a Shepard.
