Calm
Confident
Caring
Firm
Grounded in Reality
Clear in Communication
Respectful, both of me as an individual, my limits, and my time

Obviously these things aren't all going to be there, all the time since no one is perfect. But they're what I think a Dom should strive for. *shrugs* there are some variables ones too. I like a Dom who cuddles, and doesn't mind a bit of playfulness.
