Does anyone like to be dominate and submissive while with the same partner? (not dom one relationship sub the next) And if so how does that work?

There has been a lively ongoing discussion about switching in a couple of threads.

I doubt if you will find that many Dom/mes switch. I do not.

Hi Bluereign,

Ebs right, we've had some great discussions about switching lately. There's also a whole category on the topic in our Library. You'll find several threads there you can access on the topic just by clicking on the category Switch in the hyperlinked Table of Contents.

If you're interested, feel free to check out the responses to those active threads over on the talk board, in addition to taking in the responses to your thread here.

Switching: Revisted begun by MissTaken is one of the one's that Ebonyfire mentioned.

Of course not, if they did they'd be switches, not dom/mes.

Not necessarily. There are places where there is a pecking order to Domliness.

There are some Men who dominate women only and sub to men.

There are men who sub only to womena and dominate other men.

And there are women who sub to other women, but dominate men only.

Various shades in between.

Being a dominant does not necessarily mean you can never sub. If you are in charge, you can do what you want, can't you?
