I need someone who is passionate, caring and stern as a drill sergeant.
Let me give alittle background. After being a smoker for 40 years, I quit cold turkey. I'm not saying that it was easy, but the rough days were few and far between. My secret was food. Now this once proud Dom. has found himself 70 pounds overweight and doesn't have the will power to push the plate away.
So I'm giving up being the one in control and now I'm looking for someone who would want to control me. I'm hoping to find someone who has some knowledge about weight loss and nutrition instead of the just don't eat for a week type. Someone who will take this fat (white as a whale's belly) older man and through whatever punishment or humiliation mold him back into the person I can be proud of once again.
I'm posting this hopeing to find someone within a week. Weight loss is this years resoluation. So bottom line is I need a health mistress.
