I wonder if Trump's going to tweet about it. He can't blame that on the Democrats, although he'll probably try to.

What he can do is fire the AG.

He already runs the country like a shitty season of The Apprentice. No need to stop now.

And yeah I know all the seasons were shitty. Except the one with Omarosa. She sorta made it worth watching for 5 minutes.

There was a woman on in the first couple seasons, I don't remember her name but she ran one of his golf courses or something. I always wanted to fuck her. She disappeared after a while tho. No idea if fired or what. Maybe she wouldn't let him grab her pussy.

So I take it, since you know so much about the program, that even though all the seasons were shitty, you watched them all? Hmmmm.....

Apparently prosecutors working for Barr made the decision on a lack of evidence of "intent." Which ignores 18 USC 793 f which was written to eliminate the need for intent in prosecuting mishandling of classified information. Also, they consider this their weakest case against Comey, so additional charges are possible in regard to actions leading up to the Trump investigation, including willful FISA abuse. So, we'll see if there is indeed a two tiered justice system in America.

Carolyn. I think she was fired from the entire Trump Organization, not just from the show. Her NDA must be both very lucrative and very punitive if she breaks it, because she's never had a peep to say.

Viewers liked her because she had a knack for cutting through bullshit. But when she started getting praise independent of Trump, he fired her out of jealousy — not my interpretation; he basically admitted that was the reason — and replaced her with someone who could always be counted on to remember who was boss, Ivanka.

First of all it's not official yet and the recent past would indicate that maybe "leaks to the press" should be treated with some skepticism.

Further, why prosecute for speeding when there's a drug trafficking charge hanging?

I would not be surprised to open the news one day to find out that Comey had committed suicide.

I'm hoping he faces the justice he so richly deserves at some point.

As I said in another thread, I doubt anyone is going to be prosecuted. "The system" is going to protect itself. This is merely the beginning.

Gee, Barr should be right on top of that, investigating why Comey wasn't prosecuted. What willful FISA abuse? Carter Page??? The guy who worked with convicted Russian spies and who openly claimed to be working for the Kremlin? Or is there some other "FISA abuse" to which you are referring?

According to Fox (so take it for what it's worth) their sources at DOJ are saying it wasn't even a close call.

I can agree with this, the guy is as slippery as an eel. About what you expect from any leader from the incompetent and corrupt FBI. The outfit should be disbanded and the federal responsibility for crime investigation contracted out to the Canadian Mounties.

Oh no I am aware of a shitty tv show. That must mean I watched every episode.
I know Survivor exists and how it works and even some of the people on it. Never seen a single episode.
I know a couple people who were on American Idol. Never seen it.
Fuck off.

They will be, and most likely even Comey.

Comey ADMITTED doing it. What's left to prove?

Yet, they're declining to prosecute because they aren't sure they could get a conviction?

Yeah, that totally doesn't make any sense. The only thing that makes sense is that the PTB's aren't going down that road because it opens the door to someday maybe they themselves being on the chopping block.

😄

Comey. Wanting to prosecute him for mishandling of classified information.

Holy cow. Awesome.

😄

So sorry I touched that sore spot on your ego. The problem lays in the details you know about the show. I never watched it or paid any attention to it, because of that I can't tell you who was on it.

To do that you either have to 1) watch it or 2) follow it second hand which shows an interest in it. So which is it?

Justice Department Won't Prosecute James Comey Over Leaked Memos: Reports

The Justice Department reportedly declined to prosecute the former FBI director because there wasn't enough evidence showing he intended to break the law.

You're such a partisan hack, vettebitch.

Jeebus.

Apparently they have to prove up more that just doing it, whatever "it" is.

Actually, they don't. The law is crystal clear that even UNKNOWINGLY revealing information is a crime.

As for what "it" is, speak less in your efforts to be noticed and pay more attention to what's going on around you. This isn't rocker science.
