Doing hubby's boss for a raise

I am looking for stories about a wife being forced to have sex with her husband's boss in order for him to get a raise. However, the twist is that the husband's boss is a female.

I won't be able to write the story, but I do like the idea. The boss can have a unisex name (Les, Nic, etc.) and then surprise the wife.

So, what is the "why" in this story?

Does the husband go to his wife and say "Sam told me the only way I'll get a raise is if my wife puts out"? Does the boss come forward to the wife? (Maybe the unisex name is to "trick" the readers?)

didn't really think it that far through. Just wanted to through out a general idea and see what developed.
