Does size really matter?

I have been browsing this site for a couple of weeks and decided it's time to jump in. I see the ladies comment about size often, and i want to know if this is big enough to satisfy you? It's only average (6 1/4") but I've never had a complaint. Ladies PLEASE tell me what you think.
