Does everybody see this???

Give it some time. I reported the guy several times. I expect I'll see a few 1-bombs as a result :p

Actually, the profile is banned already, yet the post still lingers on the list but not if you click on that thread.

The site just hasn't caught up yet.

What's the connection between reporting a post and 1-bombs?

I was just being sarcastic. Chances are the jerk doesn't read any stories, but on the off chance it's an alt of some bored GBer or such, I'm prepared to see a few new low votes.

What I meant is... how would anyone else know you reported the post?

Because I said so. ;)

ETA: I guess my original post was a little misleading. I don't expect 1-bombs because I reported the post, but because I declared openly that I had.

Ah. I'm amazed I make it through life with this mindfog.

Looks like that post is gone now.

I don't recognize the name.

Was he a big time spammer?

Or was he posting his books up there and has no work on lit?

Over 300 spam messages in 24 hours, is that big time enough.

I reported him, too. His spam wasn't even entertaining enough to make fun of.

I just saw his name and several of his spam posts on the GB. "Loves Spam" is now his user title, but I can still see some spam.

That's a person dedicated to their craft.

But its everywhere, there has been a glut of it on the amazon community boards lately and they act amazed that those spammers can get through amazon's security:rolleyes:

It's probably a bot. The only way to thwart a bot is to put in a security code each time you want to submit a comment.
