Good pointThe Literotica process will strip out a "Heading 1" style too, so maybe that step isn't changing what you're going to get. With so much coming into a file like Literotica has from so many different directions, and in the face of Literotica essentially being a one-style anthology visually, it's natural that it strips as much down to basics as possible.
There are a few other tags that will work - at least they did when I tried them in preview mode. I'm not sure what will happen when posted on the site. Most of them are not that useful anyway, except the tag for links (a href=). For stories, links are only allowed to other parts of the site, but it definitely works.And if the reader is using the Lit Android App then all the html formatting is stripped out.
These are the only HTML tags that are allowed, yet if you submit as a word doc, I don't think the conversion program used would let it go through...
<i> - italics
<u> - underline
<b> - bold
<center> - center
</br>
and maybe <blockquote>
I'm sure I missed a few and some will be along to add to this. Personally, I too use dark mode to read her at lit, I also use the Lit App where all of the above are stripped out. It sometimes even strips out a paragraph mark or two.
And lit has it's own CSS and it will not allow you to replace it or modify it.There are a few other tags that will work - at least they did when I tried them in preview mode. How are you going to get colors in? It's been a very long time since I learned how to use CSS and "divs."

I don't know how any of that would work on Lit or even exactly how you would format your document.
