Bit of a social observation query really.
They portray their site as genuine customer views, but increasingly it is becoming clear that they are anything but.
A trawl of the feedback page relating to their own site on their own site shows that they are censoring negative feedback against ,presumably, key clients - Cadbury, Aon, Tag, Kohler, Chevrolet, Team Viewer, Apollo Tyres, Aeroflot etc.
They are also censoring negative, presumably honest and genuine, feedback from 'customers' who have had expensive issues on major purchases such as cars.
Has the trust bubble around trust pilot burst, revealing them to be little more than a marketing agency?
