Does anyone remember this Missionary family story

Hi, Looking for a story I read about a year ago.
It revolved around a missionary family somewhere in Africa, I think. Where the family members learn the tribal custom of giving and receiving "The blessing" (which was a blow job), as a sign of respectful greeting.
