Does anyone remember The Limelight NYC?

I suppose this applies to people from NYC who were a part of the club scene in the city during the late 80's on through the late 90's. I was Djing professionally when I was 16 on to till I turned 18 and joined the US Army, when I got out I wend back to the carreer until 9/11 when I rei-enlisted. Ok, considering my memories of the outright hedonism from that club, I had to start this thread. I am starting this thread and I am going to save some of my stories till I see if anyone here even remembers the club and has any stories. If this thread takes off I will tell some memories and I promise not to change ANY names to protect the guilty. I am talking stories includine Michiel Aleg, Keoki. Micheil Caruso (Lord Micheal), Peter Gatian and his insane hotel parties. The girls, the guys, the drugs, the orgies, the random sex in crazy places, I will tell all, but I am curious as to who else remembers and was a part of that scene. I could start another thread about Bridge and Tunnel, The Paladium, Club USA, Twilo, Sound Factory, but I'll stick to The Limelight for now, so come on now all you former club kids, lets hear your memories!

I was there a few times. Not too many stories besides dancing with a coked up asian girl.

I was there now and then. Memories are foggy now... but I have much fondness for dancing in a deconsecrated church, especially when the content of the music played up the irony aspect.
