Go to the store and buy 2 different kinds of pregnancy tests. Take the tests, immediately. Don't worry about reading the literature and getting yourself worked up. Just go get a test. It will ease your mind.

I agree with Unregistered...first, make sure there's something to worry about.

Worry causes symptoms.

Check out WebMD, it's a decent site and will prob. direct you elsewhere.

I caution you not to go there until you know for sure.

Next time I check my mail I'll let you know...I get a newsletter in my email about it...well when I was pregnant I got it and now it's about the baby....how they change, what to expect....things like that...but if your not sure you're pregnant or not...a test is the best thing to do first...

Plus if you want to ask questions about it this is a good place...a lot of women around here have kids...

seems to me if you work for NARAL then you would also have access to a number of sites that wouldn't necessarily know who you are. It's so easy to remain anon. on the puter too.

Maybe this was more of an announcement then asking for help?

Testing is the only way to know. Generally, very early pregnancy symptoms are much like pms, so it is difficult to tell without a test.

That was the hardest series of tests I've had in awhile. I didn't think I'd ever be as happy to have a stomach flu-but I'm still wondering about my period-and my relationship with B. He hasn't returned any of my calls yet

Didn't you just post about being under an unusual amount of stress between work and school? You went to a conference and got up at some evil hour like 4 a.m. on Monday morning? Weird hours and stress can affect your cycle.

Relationship with B is a different issue, I'm afraid. I don't know how long you've been calling him, but did he know you thought you might be pregnant? He could be afraid to answer the phone.

Reading this thread and being a male i wanted to let you know about the same thing happened to me years ago.

My girlfriend told me she might be pregnant i said realy i was ready for a baby then she said she was going to the doctor the next day i said i want to go with you for moral support. The doctor told her shewas not preg. I was a little sad.

The doctor asked her about her job and he said it was stress told her to take a couple days off and gave her a note to give her boss so i stayd with her when i could i cooked for her and cleaned i did this for several days toldher t take as many hot baths she wanted.

After a couple days she started her period and she was feeling a lot better and things went back to normal almost she didn't work like she did she cut back on sme of the overtime.

i'm glad to hear everything was ok in a way. And if your boyfriend will not reply to you after you told him unles there was a reason then he is a jerk. Good luck.
