There should be a website for Playgirl and it should have a "contact us" link. Check the front of the magazine (in the publisher's info) for contact info as well.

You might have to resort to snail mail but I doubt it.

It is entirely possible, given questions of copyright and author/model rights, that Playgirl does not accept email submissions of any kind. Many erotic publications go the snail mail route. Here is the most current address:
