Does anyone know what's happening with HKBJ?

mg5 has done what she said she would, and is going to follow it up to insure what the appropriate authorities in his area do what they promised to do. I'm sure she'll be posting an update, too. That's all i know.
Sometimes it's best to let such issues - after we know they're being taken care of - lie quietly fallow. BJ (those are his initials, btw, a thing he told us in a post a while ago) thrives on our attention, positive or negative. Let's let him off the hook, if he's lurking, and not tempt him into again becoming involved in trying to find his validation here.
We know he needs help of a kind we can't provide.
We know steps have been taken to insure he gets that help.

Cym, I understand your point. However, I think that there's a difference between what we were doing (giving him concern that he extorted with lies) and now (giving him concern about something real - his taking the very difficult step of asking for help.)
