There's a story in the Loving Wives category I read once about two male friends who had both been interested in the same woman when she was younger. she dated and married one of the men, but always flirted with the other. At a party at their house, she cheated with the other man and the husband found out. The next day she went to meet him to say what a mistake it was, but the husband caught her and assumed they were having an affair, so he left her.
I can't remember all the details, but the husband was in a high level position at his work. I think it was the other man's father's business. There was some kind of falling out between the man and his father over a woman he was interested in. In the end, the husband and wife reconciled and the other man made up with his dad, then married the woman they had argued about. He went to work for his dad's company (I think in the position his friend, the husband, had held).
