Does any one else find this ad funny?

I was sitting in the lounge watching some stupid tv show and paging through a magazine with a co-worker when I saw this ad. We both saw it at the same time and died laughing. I know it's sick and wrong, but how could this kids parents let him pose for this?

The 'milk mustache' doesn't quite have the same connotation as this one does. Close, but no cigar.

Hope the kid doesn't grow up with some wierd fetish.
