Doctor/scientist recruits a harem...?

Trying to find this story I read aaaaages ago.

As I remember, there's a doctor/scientist recruiting girls, specifically with large chests, for a harem, possibly for breast enlargement experiments? Scenes are divided at first and labeled with each initial interview, and I specifically remember one scene later in the story after he'd recruited a number of girls where he wakes up using one girl's tits as a pillow and starts playing with them while she's still asleep, and another of the harem gives him a wake up BJ under the covers while he's doing that. I also remember there being multiple submissions, eg. a part 1, part 2, etc.
