My parents are dead, so no. My child is 3, and lives in another country, so no. One of my sisters (the only one who cares about these things -- the others know I have sex, and that'll do them) knows. Several of my friends know.

To reiterate, my parents (at least my mother) know indirectly about my proclivities because I mention bdsm, fisting, fucking, and submitting in my LiveJournal profile interests. My mother informed me once that non-BDSM folks are called "vanilla" and I said "gee, thanks, but I knew that already!" We've never actually talked about it at any length, though.
