My father has told us regularly to call before we show up and if we make the mistake of doing so at a bad time, he will curse us for interrupting his sex life.
We grew up knowing our parents were sexual. We assumed this is what a married life is like. My parents weren't throwing their behavior in our faces, but they certainly were'nt hiding it either.

I know my father still has sex (well not at the moment as he is recovering from surgery) but I am sure he MUST have sex...after all, he has a 23 yr old g/f

now, does my mom have sex? that's a good question...she lives a couple hours away from me so could be up to about anything, i suppose and she's certainly young enough (47) to still be active...and she's rather pretty too

My father re-married two years ago and his wife is my age, so I'm sure they have sex.

Well since my dad lives alone and constantly tells me of his need of a sex life,I am gonna say no.

No they don't and it is very sad, because they want to.
My dad is ill and in a wheelchair, incapable of movement and in lots of pain. I know they miss the connection. But they've grown closer in other ways.
It's sad really that they don't get to share that part of themselves. I know my mom has cried over it, but mostly that she is losing her husband in a slow painful process.
I don't think I would wish that on any couple. It's heartbreaking.

MMMM now that question ponders a thought.
I was adopted when I was 4 years old, so I couldn't answer that question. Ever since I can remember they slept in separate beds. Maybe they used to but who knows, cuz I sure dont.
But my kids sure know I do, cuz they complain of the house shaking lol.
