I'm not sure about totally naked anywhere but, I do like the examples you posted here. A little restraint, at times, may be necessary.

While I love an empowered woman to feel free about anything, there maybe some instances where totally naked is not appropriate. However, I cannot think of any of those places at this time!

Actually, where I live it isn't illegal as it is, although might be breaking municipal rules and in worst case ruled to be hooliganism. That said, it's highly contextual (and even more so for men who can be accused of sexual assault for simple exposure), and the attitude has changed in the wrong direction steadily during the last century. Supposedly, nudity on the beach or at a swimming hole on the river was boring normal between the world wars. Growing up during eighties and nineties I believed it would once again be around now at the latest, but it's not the case. I blame modern porn industry for inventing and supporting the nudity taboo.

True. However, the main reason why clothes won't just go away completely, like ever, is the value of them as an intense communication channel.

Why full or partial nudity couldn't be just another attire option whenever and wherever someone feels like that's what's best, I don't see however.

When and where the right does exist in practice, it's still the model-escue young women who does use it most easily, or get away even if it isn't legal but tolerated. Because, the enforcement is based on complaints, and nobody but the most damaged religious zealots would complain about nudity of a pretty girl. Yes, it's unbelievably sexist, but somehow male genitals are unconditionally offensive for just about anyone (but for a great variety of different reasons).

Speaking of children, around here, all until sometime at the very end of twenty century preschool children weren't expected to wear swimsuits even on public beaches. Why they should if they're sexless? Girls only started wearing tops upon "technical necessity" when there's something to contain in the cups.

Traditional rules were unforgiving for displays of sexuality, but rather lenient for excusable functional nudity. The globalization carried taboo gets it exactly backwards.

I used to have a friend who said that we have morality because, without it, economies would swiftly collapse. The reason being, if it was OK to fuck anyone, anywhere, anytime, no-one would know who was going to be in to work on any given day.

Climate change is starting to affect clothing standards. Short shorts, briefs, or loincloths may become standard for both sexes in a few decades. Poor fitness will be rare as convenience appliances and cars disappear. How people wipe without toilet paper or indoor plumbing will be a challenge. There are practical limits to nudity.

I believe that it would be the opposite. If the boss was extremely horny, a blowjob from his secretary would relieve his stress. He would be more likely to make better (more rational) decisions.
