Yet another silly video comes out with the usual highly suspect and very convenient political timing for Bush & Co.

When making a claim that this video passes a voice print test yet being only able to cite an ANONYMOUS source. It makes the claim instantly invalidated by any NAMED expert that comes along, because we have no idea of the "qualifications" of the anonymous source. The CIA "anonymous" source that the CNN article refers to could easily be nothing more than a PR spokesperson and might not even be in the CIA for all we know.
Nobody but a moron would trust an ANONYMOUS expert. I also know from previous occassions that NAMED voice analysis experts (as compared to ANONYMOUS ones like US and Israeli media apparently refer to) discovered that previous "Osama bin Laden" tapes have been fake;

If Osama bin Laden was still alive, there would be no need for any of these fakes to be made, and their timing and what is said on them, is always ridiculously suspicious in it's convenience for the Bush Administration. Everytime there's a scandal, an election, or GW Bush's popularity tanks in the polls, out comes a Jack-in-the-Box "Osama" video....and it's always fake.
On one the most recent only released a few days ago (2007), the FAKE "Osama" has different eyebrows, nose, cheekbones, brow, and mouth. This is easy to see by comparison. The real Osama bin Laden has a distinctly narrow nose and thin features including thinner eyebrows.

In this morph between the real Osama and the fake, the mouth and ears have been aligned, which shows that the mouth and brows are not the same. It's certain that Osama bin Laden doesn't have an INFLATABLE NOSE, yet the fake has a signifcantly wider nose of a different shape than the real Osama bin Laden.
The pupils in the eyes match up by location and don't move. The centre of the ears on each side don't change position either.
If the fatter wider nose was merely a result of a larger image being superimposed on a smaller one, then the eyes would've moved further apart, but they don't - the pupils stay in exactly the same position. Whoever made the morph must've used the eyes and ears as part of his lining them up. The actor in the second image has a larger boned face. His brow is lower too, he doesn't have that high brow look of the real Osama bin Laden. The proportion of the actor's nose is wider in comparison to the width of his face when compared to the real Osama bin Laden as well. Why is it that the brow becomes lower despite the hat being higher? Obviously it's not the same guy!
You should actually measure them - I have.
The practice of dyeing whitening beards is not a common thing leaders do - it's a common thing all 50 year old Islamic men do - they use Henna to dye it - which is one of the indicators that the latest "Osama bin Laden" video is a FAKE - Henna leaves the beard yellowish red sort of orangey colour - not black - and OBL being the traditionalist Islamic religious man that he was - would never have used a dye other than that called for in traditional religion.
Dyeing with Grecian 2000 is out of the question.

The Sunnah is to change the 'grey hairs' by using henna, or henna and katam. If it is changed using henna it will be orange and if it is changed using henna and katam it will be between red and black(a yellowish colour). There is nothing wrong with that and no sin involved, in sha Allah.

If you go to Pakistan, you'll find lots of old guys with great big orange beards because they use henna as tradition allows, but they don't dye them black.

Why is that every one of these fakes is BLURRY? Did Osama swap his 2001 camera for a 1980s crap camera? Where do you find antiques like that which still work? Why bother when he could've easily afforded a nice good digital camera with a clear crisp image like the videos of the REAL Osama bin Laden always had. Other "Al Qaeda" videos are sharp and clear, but the new "Osama" tape is soft and indistinct, a further evidence of it being a fake - deliberately blurred and made grainier in an attempt to hide the obvious differences between the real Osama and this actor.
There are other problems with the video, showing that it's a forgery.
If you overlay the 2007 video with the 2004 video, the guy in the 2004 video has not really changed in three years -- only his beard is darker and the contrast on the picture has been adjusted. Everything else is the same clothing, same studio, same studio setup, and same desk THREE YEARS LATER. Even his stack of papers that he reads are moved between the exact same stacks. It's not only FAKE, it's a remake of a FAKE.
It has a peculiarity that casts serious doubt on its authenticity: the video freezes at about 1 minute and 36 seconds, and motion only resumes again at 12:30. The video then freezes again at 14:02 and remains FROZEN until the end. All references to current events, such as the 62nd anniversary of the U.S. atomic bombing of Japan, and Sarkozy and Brown being the leaders of France and the UK, respectively, occur when the video is FROZEN. The words spoken when the video is in motion contain no references to contemporary events and could have been (and likely were) made before the U.S. invasion of Iraq.
Now why would they do that unless the voice was added in later, and couldn't be matched to the speaker? It's a re-make. My guess is that the original actor was unavailable, and they just recyled some old video clip, edited it digitally, and then used voice morphing to simulate Osama bin Laden's voice most probably because the actor's voice doesn't sound like the real Osama either - good voice morphing technology has been around for 8 years already When Seeing and Hearing Isn't Believing

Actually it's really easy for somebody to make a fake video and claim that the actor is Osama bin Laden. The actor doesn't even have to look like old Osama.

Even half-blind Mr Magoo would have to say that Osama 'E' stands out like a sore thumb, and this is the man on the "confession" tape. Between the nose and the cheeks it is clear that this man is NOT Osama.
As Riaz Durrani, a spokesman for Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, which spearheaded pro-Taliban rallies in Pakistan, said back in 2001 about the above tape: "This videotape is not authentic. The Americans made it up after failing to get any evidence against Osama."
The other trick that is often played is to recycle an old tape and claim it's a new one.

Fake videos, fake audio tapes, no evidence of a living Osama bin Laden and no interest by the Bush Administration in "finding" him, would lead any person with commonsense to realise that Osama bin Laden is DEAD. That his death has been reported and there have been no interviews with him by any journalist anywhere in the entire world since Dec 2001 validates those news reports of his death.
