I started a story with a similar plot some years ago, sitting, waiting for inspiration (and time to write) which may never happen...

I imagined that he had discovered a young couple having sex on the beach where he often walks and watches them. They catch him watching and of course the guy gets upset. He invites them to his home - where the young couple can have sex comfortably, only with the caveat that he gets to watch. The girl is into it, the guy less so, but finally accepts the offer.

Does the protagonist still have a prostate? If so, he can explore the joys of anal penetration. Either alone, or with a partner.

As for just watching others have sex, I don't know if that would relieve his horniness or make it worse. I suppose it depends on the individual, but I know it wouldn't help me at all. I'd still do it, but I'd end up regretting it. Huh, maybe that's the story!
