It is a shame that no one is taking this seriously - perhaps I am alone in this, but I would think this unlikely.

I believe that some people masturbate in front of strangers professionally, others in other circumstances.

When I was younger, about 16, a friend of mine had a mother who actually believed that masturbation was good for a pubescent boy and actively encouraged her son. This encouragement extended to his friends. She does not really count as being a complete stranger, but later, after I passed the magical age of 18, my relationship with her developed.
