While I feel like this will probably go over like a fart in mass with this crowd how many here actually hunt and kill andthen (shudder) eat aninals.

I don't hunt them, I expect the welfare office to provide them to me.

Possum Is Tasty!

The Only Thing I Hunt, And With GREAT Pleasure And Enthusiasm, Are Fish:D

Hunting Deer And Shit Would Be Cool, If Ya Could Catch And Release!

Imagine It, Men Wrestling Big Hoofed Beasts To The Ground, Then Turning Them Loose....I Think It's A Great New Sport!

Extreme Hunting:D :D :DLOL LOL LOL

I'm not a hunter, but my 4 best friends are and I've got a lot of respect for both them as well as hunters in general. Do we need to hunt? I'm not so sure, but I do think it's much more justifiable IF you've eaten what you've hunted. I've tried deer sausage, pretty good stuff once you get past the odd texture.

Well I have been in touching distance before. I didnt want to beacuse I didnt want to toatly freak the deer out. I must say it is cool being that close to a animal in its native enviroment.

Edited for Typos

*raises hand*

I know others do, but I have no problem with hunting and have hunted before myself .. There are rules and regulations as to how and when to hunt, some zones (at least here in Alberta) are untouchable and off limits to hunters, limits are placed so over hunting doesn't happen.. In some cases hunting can actually benifit overall wildlife habitats by keeping the population numbers at a decent level.

It's also much cheaper in the long run for me to go and hunt and stock up on food for the year than it is to buy the same amount of meat from the store.

Not to mention deer sausage is a favorite!

No, no, no. I much prefer sucking cock of a breathing man over a dead man.

For starters, with a dead man, my job is never done.

Look. If the spiders come into my house then they give up thier right to life, okay? And i don't feel at all guilty about hunting thier little eight-legged asses down and flushing them, either.

cym, spiders are good bugs. They eat flying insects. Plus, they're really cool to watch on acid. (If I remember correctly.)

i hunt a much more intelligent and challenging prey than mere animals.

cops are such a small percentage of what i hunt that they arn't worth mentioning.

I used to bow hunt with my da. I also used to hunt deer but cleaning them is a bitch and I really don't like venison all that much.
I believe its dove season and I have hunted a few dove seasons as well, but again time and injuries prevent me from doing that particular past time.

I do still go out to the gun range and shoot though.

Before I sign off for the night I will leave you with this. Anyone that Hunts and dose not Eat what they have taken has no RESPECT for wha they are hunting and should choose to go to hunting armed humans instead since they are in it for the SPORT. Want to give them a good challenge and all tha ya know.

Hunters have the utmost respect for wha they kill. YES it isnt a pretty word but it is the truth. I do kill but I do not believe in suffering. I want my kills to be as instantaneous as possible as does any good hunter. What is better for animal to be in its natural enviroment and to go quickly or to know fear and terror(visit any slaughter house)?

Isn't that the real point of hunting? Eat what you kill? I have eaten a lot of pheasant, quail and ducks in my time. There are those who do it for sport, but to me thats a waste of energy. Why the hell else would you go sit in a duck blind in the middle of November and freeze your fucking ass off if you didn't intend to eat whatever it was you were hunting. I realise this is my humble opinion so thats fine. I have met my share of hunters that are out there to take down a buck just so they can have the antlers to display on their wall. That shit doesn't do anything for me, personally, but you know what every trips your trigger (pun intended)

No that was not deer sausage. That was a turd...... once again your 4 best friends playing a joke on ya.... ;) :)

I don't hunt...animals!

I'm forever in pusuit of the elusive Red-headed, Double-breasted, bed-thrasher!
Honestly, I don't hunt for sport. I will hunt an animal for survival, life or death. There are plenty of friends of mine that manage the herds by attrition so the animals don't starve to death during the winter. I'm comfortable with my attitude, and will eat venison, and anything with pink meat!

Gawd-damned enviro wacko vegans want to save all the fuckin' antler rats...

But if they succeed,
